That's me in a nutshell and explains my approach to teaching :)
I started with content creation and getting active on LinkedIn about 6 years ago. First, I no idea what I was doing and was just testing the waters. Then I got more intentional after getting some feedback and saw what worked and what belly flopped.
It wasn't long after that I started being more consistent to get traction - from job offers to speaking engagements to getting pitched to (!) to join 2 boards.
Opportunities came to me simply by me showing up consistently, sharing some insights, added some personality, contributed and started conversations.
I then started to teach my 1:1 coaching clients how to market their newly defined positioning to get visible and with that, chosen for opportunities.
Like it or not- having a strong online presence and managing your digital foot print isn't a nice Mohave anymore.
